KFC in Cedar City

01/2020 Chicken quality is back to "very poor." To top it off, they raised their prices. They are on my "No go" list!

Good service, but slow.

Came in 20 minutes before they were closing on a Saturday night and ordered a three piece chicken meal they were out of several different pieces and needed to combine items to get to three pieces. They forgot to give Cole slaw and mashed potatoes I asked for both of them the mashed potatoes were cold.....come on get your game on. If you are unable or unwilling to provide mediocre food and service just close early, this day should have been one of those.

It's been remodeled it's clean.

It a great place to get food and drink their chicken is the best.

I would give it a half star if I could. We ordered from the A&W menu. We had to repeat our order five times before the cashier got it right. Real complicated too, an A5 combo, a single cheeseburger, a Coney dog, and a chocolate shake. It took them about 15 minutes to prepare the burgers and fries which a young man gave us and said someone else was making the hot dog and shake. 10 minutes later we got those. When I went to eat the Coney dog, guess what? No onions! A CONEY DOG IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHILI AND ONIONS! At this point we had enough and just ate the food and left. There will be no recommending this place, just the opposite. And yes we live in the area and will be sharing our experience with other locals.

I use to be a manager at a KFC in Auburn WA, and there has only been a few other KFCs I actually enjoy. Me and my husband both agreed that we wish we lived in Cedar City just so we can enjoy this KFC! Thank you guys so much for being GREAT! Fresh food and very caring!

The food is great but they charge $5 for the famous bowl for just the bowl (without combo), I looked up online and it's supposed to be $3 if it's just the bowl. So I don't know if that's illegal or not but I don't like how they do that. I asked how much was it without the combo, they said $4.99 and than I asked how much with the combo, they said $5 with tax. So... The difference is 1 penny I guess. (This is funny to me)

Food was good. Service was quick. Restaurant was clean.

I work in the service industry and this place is down right disgusting. Bathrooms, kitchen area and booths have food in all the seats. Could you imagine how the food is being handled. My god clean this place up please. I been in southern Utah for about a week and not impressed by the cleanliness of the fast food chains here. Maybe it's the health inspectors not doing there job. Be careful out there. You could get sick.

This place is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever eaten. It feels like the whole place is covered in grime. It’s also one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been to. The chicken is overly oily and so dripping with oil it makes it soft. The staff are good which is the only reason I gave two stars.

KFC'S breasts pieces are getting Smaller and Smaller! Today the were Out of Coleslaw,how can that happen? What is happening to KFC??We were so disappointed!! They need to fix this problem and SOON!!

KFC is always good, You can't go wrong.

How about wiping the tables off? Creepy, going there to eat trying to find the least dirty table. [adding to this. I've visited again. Nothing changes.] Why is the management ignoring the shabby reviews of this shabby establishment? I just deleted three of the four stars based on managements inability to read reviews and adjust to their customers requests. Take a scraper to the grime everywhere, then steam clean the place. As noted, many times, this place is disgusting. The colonel is squirming in his grave.

This particular location always make sure to ask what type of dipping sauce they definitely won't be putting in your bag.

Came to the driveway twice never got my order right

Did not enter a substitution I made at the register. Got home, and had to go back for the right item

Eventhough it was almost closing time, the friendly staff accommodated my order without making me feel like I was putting them out. The food was Great!

Chicken, mash potatoes and coleslaw good. But seems the amount of mash was really little. Seems to be a trend in some fast food places over the years - servings getting smaller.

I am getting really weary of KFC as I get older. I always get pink chicken at KFC. I don't like pink chicken. I understand that the poultry probably always temps safe, but, I am always put off by the color. The service was good and our order came out fast and accurate. But pink chicken meat is really off-putting to me.

It's nicely remodeled inside. Staff are friendly but unfortunately expenses were cut to give basic training to them. Once again they had forgotten to give me any plates and silverware. Despite aksing numerous times they always forget to give any sauces at all let alone the ones you ask for. So this is not an isolated incident with this location. I don't know why it's so difficult to be given such basic things for your food. But don't plan on getting a complete order here.

Excellent service, been here a lot and only had an issue with extreme rarity

The folks behind the counter were very accommodating to me for not knowing what "Fry Sauce" was. Very friendly and the food was great.

the food is good. The servers friendly. But the tables and benches are always dirty even when they aren't busy.

Worst service ever, extremely slow and most times out of chicken

The food is good but nothing special, and just the entire restaurant is just generally sorta dirty. The bathrooms are also pretty gross.

This KFC/A&W has wonderful food...! But terrible management. The workers there are willing and able, but when they mess up, I can't help but feel that the management isn't exactly doing their own job. I came in one time for a 30 minute break, tired of the food from my work and didn't have much time. I only wanted 2 items, and instead I got 5, paid for it without it being confirmed, and wasn't able to fix it because I had to go back to work. When I complained about it, the manager called me and said they could try and fix it. Great! But when I got there, she treated me like I'M the inconvenience. It's great if you have time and are willing to wait... The fresh root beer is fantastic! Just make sure you CLARIFY EVERYTHING.

No baby changing stations. INSTALL BABY CHANGING STATION. You're a family friendly restaurant. Food and service were fine.

The KFC in Tooele has a bad habit of getting orders wrong. That may have changed with some staffing changes but after 3 times in a row I haven't been back.

Good place good food

I realize that it was dinner rush but their service was still way too slow. Especially with 7 employees in the kitchen. Other fast food places I've been to don't make me wait for 20 minutes.

Don't always have the chicken we need

One the worst experiences. Had to order three times because they couldn't hear me. Then they still just didn't get it. Didn't include. Utensil were not included at the window. Girl was not friendly and acted like she didn't know what was one menu.

The food was hot and tasted good, presentation was awful I went to the drive thru, the box containing my chicken had a pool of sauce and my biscuit was saturated in it the chicken tenders looked like they had been tossed into the box with two random pickles beside them the side was in a separate container thankfully or it would have had sauce all over it as well, the box was a mess to open due to the sauce everywhere. I received no napkins no knife I did get a fork for the macaroni and cheese but nothing to spread the honey on my biscuit. The chicken was good I had flavored tenders I choose "Georgia gold" which was very good but the name didn't imply anything about them being spicy which they were. This didn't bother me but might bother someone. They didn't offer any kind of dipping sauce although ranch would have complemented the chicken nicely. the server was very polite and I had my food promptly.

My husband and I ,are KFC lovers. We have lived and traveled between Vegas and Utah for years. On Saturday the 13th of this month we stopped by and ,had the best bucket of chicken in years! ANY where !!! Thank you so much.

Best KFC I've eaten at. Good environment for families! I had the Georgia Gold tenders and let me say they were tasty. I'm from the South so I could tell they aren't the real deal, but not a bad attempt! Bonus that they are a shared location with A&W so you can get the best root beer on earth! The bathroom wasn't very clean and the tables had crumbs on them so seating wasn't great for options.

The food was good . But we spent over $60.00 bucks. We placed the order on line for pick-up. Understand having to come though drive though. But 35. Min after it was supposed to be done . Dang you guys come on

Went here on my birthday to please the colonel and was not disappointed. For my birthday they gave me a free root beer float and it was great! I would highly recommend this place because they were really polite too! Like I said, I came here to please the colonel and when I left, I was pleased!

super disappointed. chicken was cold, forgot my biscuit and put way too much mayo on a sandwich that was requested to have no mayo. We waisted 7$ on a sandwich just for it to be thrown away. Don’t go here, this place sucks.
